Glassmould repair solutions (GRS) is a young company
started in 2019 by two brothers which both have 20 + years of experience
in glassmould repair and manufacturing.
During their work, the idea started to develop a repair table that can
repair neckrings(NRs) on a constant level of accuracy. This was needed to
meet the high requirements set by customers. A first demo table was put
into use for testing NR repair and with success, all NRs are now repaired
using the NR repair tables at that mouldshop.
One year after the introduction of the NR repair table demo, the blank
repair table demo (bottom/baffle match) was put into use for testing.
Repair results were very positive, and blanks are now repaired using the
blank repair tables.
Next step in the near future will be blank neck match repair and mould
bottom match repair on the repair table.
